Registration not critical (as you are welcome to attend without being registered), but it will help us to plan venues.

Only needed for purpose of CPD certs (3 external CPD points and 0.5 days of GMS Study Leave). All members of a practice team are welcome – you do not need IMCN to register!

This will be only used to communicate about the meeting in case of unforseen circumcances required any alteration to original plan.
