- This year there will be 3 different flu vaccine in use, depending on age and risk factors (scroll down for more information).
- Booking will be opened once we have vaccines delivered from HSE. We hope that will happen 22nd-29th September.
- Patients older than 80 years old will be vaccinated together with Covid booster (both jabs during the same appointment). You will get a text message or a phone call about this appointment.
- Booking for patients aged 65-79 and children 2-17 years old will be via an open link on this webpage.
- Booking for patients who are “at risk” will be via invitation only clinic. You will receive a text message with booking link.
Please read before booking:
- Please click “submit” button only once.
- You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of appointment after submitting the form.
- Please send only one form and check your e-mail (including your SPAM folder) before assuming the booking did not go through.
- Please note that this booking is based on the expectation that the HSE will deliver sufficient amount of vaccines to us. Should the HSE fail to deliver we might be forced to cancel appointments.
- If you can not fill in the form because some of the required statements are not true in your case (for example if you have had anaphylaxis in past) please call the surgery.
- If you have changed your last name, please use the name you used to register with us so we can identify you in our IT system.
- If there is no time option available to be chosen and there is a note saying “no slots available” that means that no more appointments are available on a given day.
- Any booking made by people who are not our patients will be deleted.
